My favorite thing about Cream is: All the lovely people that come into the shop who get totally excited about our tastings and feel like they are stepping into an adult candy store.

My favorite guilty pleasure is: Sleeping in.

One song that makes me smile: Don’t worry, be happy

If I could have one superpower it would be:  Have everyone experience at least once that LIFE HAS MORE IMAGINATION THAN THEY CAN CARRY IN THEIR DREAMS( in the positive)…..realise it and be thankful for it.

One thing on my bucket list: 6 months holed up in a lakeside log cabin in Montana, USA with a pile of magazines, books and internet access.

My favorite thing about Cream is:  Watching people’s reactions when they meet people who are SERIOUSLY INTO FOOD – JUST PLAIN PASSIONATE (that’s us!)

My favorite guilty pleasure is: Sneaking Saskia Beer Horseradish straight from the jar with a teaspoon when I’m barbequing when my wife thinks I’m having a beer!

One song that makes me smile:   Colour my world

If I could have one superpower it would be: To grant small wishes to LOTS of needy people

One thing on my bucket list: A Launch Pad to Hang Glide from my Timber Deck at Home.  And to be in that “said” cabin in Montana, although Leenah would prefer I have no internet.

If I could have one superpower it would be:  The ability to enjoy exercise would help at this point.
